  • How can I pay via bank transfer?

    To pay via bank transfer, select the payment method "Bank Transfer" when placing your order. We will then send you an email with instructions.

    There are no extra charges for paying via bank transfer. However, please take into account that it may take 1 to 2 business days before the bank transfers the payment to our bank account. Once we've received and processed your payment, we'll ship your order.

  • How can I pay via credit card?

    You can pay for your order at Gomibo with a Mastercard or Visa credit card on a special, secured page. You will not be charged transaction costs when making a payment with a credit card and your payment will be processed immediately.

    Payments are limited to €5000 per order.

    For credit card payments, we ask for account verifications of 1 cent at random. This will only take a few clicks. This way, we can make sure that no one is able to misuse your credit card details.

  • Why are payments by credit card via 3D Secure used?

    At Gomibo, we prioritize the security of your transactions. Therefore, all payments made by credit card on our platform are protected through 3D Secure (3DS) authentication. This means that you will be asked to verify your identity during the payment process, providing an additional layer of security.

  • How do I use Paypal?

    If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in to your account and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then make the payment.   • I received a Gomibo voucher code. How do I use it?

    Did you receive a Gomibo voucher code? You can redeem it when you place an order on our website. You can use one voucher code per order. You can find the product group(s) your voucher code applies to in the email with your voucher code. In that email you'll also find the expiration date of your code and how to redeem it on the website. Voucher codes can't be used in parts; you can only use them once.

  • How long before the purchase amount is refunded to me?

    If you cancel or exchange a product and the purchase amount is (partially) refunded, the refund will automatically be credited to the bank account used to make the payment within 5 business days. We will wait to refund you until we receive the products.

    Did you pay by credit card? Then we will also refund the amount within 5 business days. Please note that it can take up to one month before the refunded amount is visible in your credit card account.

  • How does cancelling work if I did not pay in euros?

    We offer all the products on our website in euros. If you pay online in your own currency, the current exchange rates in relation to the euro will apply. If you cancel, we will refund the amount you paid in euros. It may be that the exchange rate changes in the meantime, we do not take this into account for the refund. This may result in a higher or lower amount being refunded to you when you cancel your order.

  • I am ordering from abroad. Do you refund import duties and VAT?

    Yes, for private customers we pay the import duties and VAT, this is incorporated in the price you see on the website when you select the country of dispatch. This also applies to customers ordering from countries outside the EU. So you do not have to pay these at the door to the deliverer of your package.

    Gomibo will reimburse these costs for all countries from the list of countries found on Shipping.

  • How can I reclaim VAT because of export outside of the EU?

    In case of export outside the EU, you can reclaim VAT that you've paid in Croatia as a private customer. Conditions for this are that the invoice amount including VAT is at least € 50 and that the product is exported from the EU within 3 months after purchase. This is regulated by law.

    You can reclaim paid VAT as follows:

    1. Have the invoice stamped by customs.
    2. State the new foreign address with pen on the invoice. Also make sure that your bank account number is on the invoice.
    3. Send the invoice together with a copy of your passport to us via our contact form.

    We will settle the rest with customs authorities. If the application has been approved by customs, you will receive a refund of the VAT within 14 days.

  • Can I receive a 0% VAT invoice as a business customer from the European Union?

    As a business customer from the European Union, you can reclaim VAT paid in Croatia. You will receive a VAT-free invoice which will contain amounts excluding VAT. You have the following options to choose from:

    1. The VAT is settled after payment
      You place your order and pay the amount including VAT. Your order will be shipped immediately. Following the order, send us your order number, the VAT identification number, and the request for a 0% VAT invoice via our contact form. This invoice will be sent to you within 5 business days, after which the amount paid will be refunded to your account within one week.
    2. The VAT is settled before payment
      You place your order but don't pay for it yet. Following the order, send us your order number, the VAT identification number, and the request for a 0% VAT invoice via our contact form. You will receive a link to pay the due amount excluding VAT within 2 business days. As soon as the amount has been paid, we will ship your order and you'll receive a 0% VAT invoice within 5 business days.

    In short, you can choose to either pay the VAT amount so you'll receive the order sooner or wait for the VAT-free invoice.
